Fringe Festival – “When the Souls Rise”

When the Souls Rise is a phantasmagorical homage to and celebration of Halloween from the souls’ perspective. Through dance, music, and drama, director/choreographer Anne Harris and sound artist Ward Hartenstein lead dancing spirits through one magical night of revelry. Adding to its aura of mystery, this year’s performance is set in Rochester’s historic and treasured Mount Hope Cemetery.
