Saturday, May 29th, 2 pm – Meet at the American Revolutionary War Monument, Mount Hope Cemetery, Section BB, Grove Avenue.
Hear the story of the Sullivan Campaign and the ambush of Lieutenant Thomas Boyd and Sergeant Michael Parker, soldiers who were tortured to death in Cuylerville, NY. Learn how the Sons and Daughters of the American Revolution provided a permanent memorial for these forgotten soldiers who, for many years, had lain in neglected, unmarked, dishonored graves.
The program is presented by the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Sons of the American Revolution, and the Children of the American Revolution. It is free and open to the public.
