Mourning in the Morning: Holocaust Survivors in Mount Hope Cemetery

In the spring of 2021, a committee of The Friends of Mount Hope began a project to recognize and remember the many Holocaust survivors buried in our cemetery. We have raised funds to erect a Holocaust Monument, create a Holocaust Archive on the Friends’ website, and develop educational programs. We will lead you on a virtual walk through some survivors’ grave sites and tell the intertwining stories we have discovered while interviewing their families.
