What a marvelous ceremony to celebrate the long-awaited grave markers for Anna Murray Douglass and Annie Douglass. Our congratulations to the Frederick Douglass Family Initiatives’ Executive Director Erica Mock as well as Co-Founder and President Kenneth B. Morris, Jr.
The new stones are lovely and tell an important story of the critical importance of Anna Murray Douglass and Annie in the life and accomplishments of Frederick Douglass.
